This beautiful poem was written by the husband of one of our newest residents. We are truly humbled by his kind words and grateful that he has taken the time to express how welcomed and cared for his wife has felt since joining Hazelmere.
To know that someone feels their loved one is safe, happy and at home is the greatest compliment we could ever receive.
